When you send a quote request we collect the name, email address, phone number, service address, service type and notes you provide. That is all — no tracking profiles, no advertising pixels.
Your information is used only to prepare your quote, contact you about the job, and keep a record of work completed. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Quote requests are stored securely in our booking database and are accessible only to the owner-operator of Impact Eco-Haul. Records are kept as long as needed for service history and Alberta bookkeeping requirements.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email ImpactEcoHaul@gmail.com or call 825-800-0437 and it will be handled promptly.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer or an in-person assessment of the job.
If the scope of work changes once we arrive — including additional items, unexpected labor, excessive debris, or other conditions that were not included in the original quote — we will discuss the change with you and receive your approval before performing additional billable work.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. The required deposit amount will be clearly shown on your quote or invoice.
The remaining balance is due when the job is completed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
A deposit is required to begin recurring service. Recurring services may be invoiced weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly depending on the service plan.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon.
If a payment is missed, service may be paused until the account is brought up to date. We are a small local operation and are unable to provide ongoing credit, but we are happy to work with customers who contact us to discuss a payment issue.
We ask for at least 24–48 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling a booking.
For cancellations made inside the applicable notice period, the deposit may be retained to cover the reserved service time.
Rather than simply keeping the deposit, we will apply it as a credit toward your next booking.
The deposit credit must be used within 30 days of the original scheduled service date. After 30 days, the unused deposit credit expires.
Rescheduled appointments are subject to our normal scheduling availability.
For lawn mowing and lawn care services, the lawn and work areas must be reasonably clear of toys, hoses, branches, pet waste, large debris, and other objects before our arrival.
If the lawn or work area requires additional cleanup before mowing can safely begin, additional charges may apply. We will discuss any additional charge with you before performing the extra work whenever reasonably possible.
We may decline to mow an area where hidden or visible hazards could create an unreasonable risk of injury or equipment damage.
For snow removal services, customers are responsible for ensuring that driveways, walkways, gates, and other areas included in the service are reasonably accessible.
If a vehicle, trailer, equipment, or other obstruction is blocking part of the service area when we arrive, we will clear what can be safely accessed and leave the blocked area uncleared.
If a return visit is requested after the obstruction has been removed, the return visit will be scheduled separately and may be subject to an additional service charge.
Keeping service areas clear on the scheduled service day helps us complete the work efficiently in one visit.
Certain materials require specialized handling or disposal and may be refused or subject to additional disposal charges. These may include chemicals, paint, propane tanks, fuels, hazardous materials, and other restricted items.
If additional disposal costs are required, we will discuss them with you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
All loads must remain within applicable legal weight and safety limits.
If a load exceeds safe or legal limits, we may require the customer to remove items or adjust the load before transportation.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, work areas, gates, and items being serviced or removed.
Please ensure that gates are unlocked and work areas are accessible at the scheduled service time.
For the safety of our staff, customers, and animals, pets should be secured indoors or in another safe area while work is being performed.
If a loose or unsecured pet prevents us from safely accessing the work area, we may need to stop work or reschedule the visit.
The customer confirms that they have the legal authority or permission to authorize the requested work and, where applicable, the removal or disposal of the items presented to us.
Customers should clearly identify any items or areas that are not to be removed or worked on.
Impact Eco Haul is not responsible for removing an item that the customer failed to identify as excluded from the job when it was reasonably presented as part of the requested work.
We take reasonable care while working on customer properties.
Customers understand that certain conditions may create unavoidable or reasonably foreseeable risks during outdoor, hauling, lawn care, and snow removal services. These may include minor tire or equipment marks on soft ground, pre-existing damage or deterioration to driveways and surfaces, hidden hazards, or conditions that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins.
Customers are responsible for informing us of known hazards, fragile surfaces, underground infrastructure, or other conditions that could affect the work.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude responsibility for damage caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care or for any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse, stop, or reschedule work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or materially different from the conditions described when the service was booked.
Where possible, we will communicate with the customer and discuss available options before stopping or rescheduling the work.
We're a local Grande Prairie business and we're always happy to chat.
