Service Options

Route availability is limited so we can keep service dependable. 

What to Expect

• Service generally begins at approximately 5 cm or 2 inches of accumulation, unless your quote states otherwise.

• We aim to complete the route within 24 hours after a qualifying snowfall event ends. 

• Continuous snowfall, drifting, extreme cold, equipment problems, and unsafe travel conditions may extend completion times.

• Only the driveway, sidewalks, steps, and entry areas listed in your quote are included.

• City-plow windrows, packed ice removal, de-icer and extra return visits are separate unless included in writing. Recurring snow plans have no additional charge solely because a qualifying natural snowfall is unusually deep. 

• Snow clearing reduces buildup, but no outdoor surface can be guaranteed completely free of snow or ice.

Monthly service includes scheduled weekly mowing during the active growing season.

A Regular Visit Includes

• Mowing the agreed lawn areas

• Trimming accessible edges

• A quick blow-off of walkways and hard surfaces

• Neat, consistent service throughout the season

This service is designed for standard residential route lawns.  Large properties, corner lots, steep areas, heavily overgrown grass, difficult access, or excessive trimming will be quoted separately.

Please remove toys, hoses, pet waste, and other obstacles before service. Bagging and removal of grass clippings are only included when stated in your quote.

The final price depends on the amount, weight, loading time, access, travel, and disposal requirements. Your complete price will be confirmed before we begin.

We commonly haul ordinary furniture, boxed household clutter, cardboard, garage items, and other approved non-hazardous material.

 Donation and recycling are prioritized when the item’s condition and local facilities allow.

Items We Do Not Accept

We do not transport paint, chemicals, asbestos or suspected asbestos, medical waste, needles, propane cylinders, explosives, or anything unsafe or illegal to transport.

Electronics and other special-disposal items must be approved before booking.

Our year-round plans combine seasonal lawn mowing and snow clearing into one predictable monthly payment.

These are 12-month route agreements, not unlimited on-demand service. Your agreement will identify the included areas, seasonal schedule, snow trigger, and service limits.
